Seven years ago the Trojans went into the vault and pulled out throwback jerseys and they haven’t looked back since. This weekend UCLA will wear throwbacks against Washington.

“Hopefully it’ll hearken back to us playing like they used to play,” Coach Rick Neuheisel said.

Hmm. Does that mean the Bruins will win or lose on Saturday? Mired in a five-game losing streak, Neuheisel has a lot to figure out in Westwood these days (e.g. Is QB Kevin Prince better than Richard Brehaut? Is Norm Chow better than Steve Sarkisian? Is coaching at Washington better than coaching at UCLA?)
